24 years experience with a strong municipal background working in both urban and agricultural areas with everyone from individual property owners to residential, commercial and industrial developers, greenhouse growers, farmers and building contractors. I work closely with a variety of professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, and designers, building relationships to bring the necessary resources to help shape your project.

Land use is governed by a variety of documents including Provincial Policy, Official Plans, Zoning By-laws, Site Plan Control, Community Improvement Plans, Design Standards and Secondary Plans. Each of these documents can have criteria that will impact the outcome of your vision and affect the feasibility of a project.
